A regenerated area of Yeovil featuring an amphitheatre and large screen is opening in early 2025.

A £33m revamp of Northampton town centre is under way.

Crawley Borough Council will receive an update on plans to regenerate the town centre on 13 January.

The £1.9m scheme to regenerate Lowestoft seafront is expected to be finished in the spring.

City Village regeneration scheme also includes offices, parks and restaurants.

The former industrial site will feature 174 new homes, as well as retail and hospitality businesses.

One Collyhurst resident says "they'll have to drag me out of here before I give this home up".

The vision includes repurposing a shopping centre with new shops, bars, cafes, homes and work spaces.
