Man arrested after indecent exposure incident
A man has been arrested after reports of indecent exposure.
Humberside Police said the incident happened at about 00:35 GMT on Friday 27 December, in the Clarence Avenue area of Bridlington in East Yorkshire.
The force said a man had followed a woman from nearby West Street and then tried to enter a property, before then indecently exposing himself.
On New Year's Day, officers said they had arrested a 24 year old on suspicion of exposure and stalking involving serious alarm/distress, after additional reports that a man had followed a group of teenagers on Boxing Day evening.
The arrested man remains in custody.
Det Insp Tracy St. Paul said: "I want to offer my assurance that whilst incidents of this nature remain incredibly rare in our area, we hope news of this arrest will assure the community that we are treating this as a priority."
