Long motorway delays after crash on bridge

There are long delays on a busy motorway after a crash on a bridge.

Drivers on the M25 clockwise carriageway from junction 31 for Lakeside/Purfleet, Essex, to junction 1a for Swanscombe, Kent, were previously held from 06:15 GMT.

Traffic monitoring service Inrix said a crash had occurred on the QEII bridge.

Two lanes remain closed with congestion running for two miles before junction 30 for the A13.
