Man charged over knife attack

A man has been charged in connection with a knife attack in Birmingham at the weekend.
West Midlands Police said a 32-year-old had been charged with one count of grievous bodily harm, three of attempted grievous bodily harm and one count of possessing a bladed article in a public place.
He was due to appear before magistrates on Monday.
The force said it followed an incident on Blenheim Way, Kingstanding on Saturday, when four people were "slashed at" with a knife.
Nobody was seriously injured, but one person was taken to hospital.
Officers added that attempts were under way to trace a possible fifth victim of the attack.
