Watch: Royalty and carriage rides on day one of Macron's state visit

King Charles III and Queen Camila are hosting Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte at Windsor Castle for the French president's three-day state visit to the UK.

The couple were greeted by Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales at RAF Northolt before visiting Windsor, where they met the King and Queen.

The president will address Parliament later and will meet Sir Keir Starmer. The pair are expected to discuss how to stop small boats crossing the English Channel.
