Planning decisions on nearly 15,000 new homes across Surrey are due to be taken in 2025.

Neighbours are worried about increased traffic and a loss of character due to removing hedgerows.

The work will include repairing brickwork and restoring windowsills to their original condition.

Plans include 96 affordable homes and have been changed since a decision was previously deferred.

Residents can give their feedback via an online survey.
