Isle of Arran

The vessel which operates on the Arran route has been out of service since last February and is now due to return at the end of May.

The ship returned to service with the 14:50 sailing from Brodick after repairs were successful.

The multi-million pound ferry, which only began operating in January, was taken out of service on Friday.

The ferry has a weld seam issue on its hull close to the waterline, CalMac has said.
