Firefighters tackle blaze at industrial site
Firefighters have been tackling a fire at a commercial premises in Lancashire which has caused large plumes of smoke to be spotted by people miles away.
The blaze broke out in White Lund Industrial Estate in Morecambe at about 09:30 BST, Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS) said.
No injuries have been reported and smoke has been seen billowing out above the site.
Eight fire engines were sent to the scene and a spokesperson said the service was "working as fast as they can to extinguish the fire safely".

LFRS group manager Mark Warwick said the blaze was "giving off large volumes of smoke", and "if you see or smell any smoke in the area, please keep windows and doors closed."
Nearby roads have been closed, including part of the Bay Gateway, as crews tackle the blaze.
