Windscreens smashed as rocks thrown at cars

Two cars had their windscreens smashed when rocks were thrown at vehicles on the A40 dual carriageway in Ross-on-Wye.
No one was injured but police described the behaviour as "extremely reckless".
West Mercia Police said two young people, thought to be teenage boys, were seen throwing the rocks from Brampton Road Footway at about 16:05 GMT on Thursday.
The force is now appealing for dashcam footage or witnesses of the incident. It also urged anyone who had seen similar incidents to come forward.
It added that one of the teens was wearing a beige jacket or hoodie and the pair were walking a dog.
"This sort of behaviour is extremely reckless and could have caused a serious collision as the vehicles were travelling on a 70mph road," said PC Kift from Ross-on-Wye safer neighbourhood team.
"Thankfully, no one was injured. However, we would like to identify the people involved and raise awareness to the dangers posed."
