Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said it sent seven appliances to put out the blaze, on the first floor of an office block at the park.

Adastral Park is home to BT's innovation labs and Innovation Martlesham, with about 150 high-tech companies based there.

Twelve firefighters entered the building wearing breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.

The service said a fire investigation into the cause would begin next week.
