A crash in which a pedestrian in her 80s was knocked over by a car is being investigated by police more than a month on.

The crash in Malvern happened on 26 November, West Mercia Police said.

It was initially thought the woman was not injured and the incident was not reported to police and details were not exchanged at the time, officers said.

Now though, the woman is suffering from ongoing medical issues because of the collision and police have appealed for the driver, who did stop and speak to her at the time, to get in touch.

A spokesman said: "It's also believed there were other people who witnessed the collision, including another driver of a vehicle who stopped to ask if the woman was OK, who police are keen to hear from."

The collision happened at about 15:00 GMT at the junction of Albert Road North and Church Street.

Witnesses and any people with dashcam footage are asked to contact police.
