Polls open for Cornwall local elections

Polling stations have opened in Cornwall for local elections.

All 87 seats on the countywide unitary authority are being contested.

Stations are open from 07:00 BST until 22:00 and people on the electoral roll need to bring photo identification to cast their votes in person.

The results are due to be announced on Friday.
