Police in Bradford say the woman who was attacked is being supported by specially-trained officers

Police have appealed for information after a woman was sexually assaulted in Bradford.

Officers said the woman was attacked by a man at 11:00 GMT on Wednesday on Gaythorne Road and Tichborne Road in the West Bolling area of the city, and was now being supported by specially-trained officers.

West Yorkshire Police described the man as Asian, of medium build and around 5ft 5in tall, with curly shoulder-length black hair. He was aged in his mid-30s and wearing black trousers and a white shirt.

The force is also keen to speak to a woman in the area who appeared distressed at the same time as the incident.
