Appeal after gold jewellery worth £40k stolen

Police are appealing for information after gold jewellery worth about £40,000 was taken in a burglary.
Gloucestershire Constabulary received a report of a break-in at a Cheltenham property at about 20:40 GMT on Monday 24 February.
The unknown offenders smashed a glass panel in a rear door to gain entry to the property in the Warden Hill area.
Officers have asked residents who may have witnessed suspicious behaviour between 19:00 and 20:00 on the day of the incident, or who may have information about those involved, to get in touch.
They are also keen to look at CCTV and dashcam footage of the area.
Those with CCTV or dashcam footage they deem to be potentially relevant to the incident have also been asked to make contact with the force.
Gloucestershire Constabulary said officers conducted house-to-house and CCTV enquiries, and a forensic investigation of the scene has been carried out.
