Ten-year-old boy's fitness journey goes viral

A 10-year-old's bid to beat bullying by getting fit and healthy is being followed by millions of people on social media.
Jacob, from Wellesbourne in Warwickshire, is getting help from fitness experts and former amateur boxers, brothers Harry and Joe Freeman.
Videos of the trio training have achieved more than 40 million views, with celebrities including former Chelsea footballer John Terry and Sharon Osbourne also posting messages of support.
A fundraising page to buy healthy food and sports gear has smashed its initial £250 target and raised almost £10,000.
"At school I was getting picked on by some people for being overweight," Jacob said.
"I always used to be a bit lonely and play on my own.
"They would call me fat and tubby."
He started to train with Harry and Joe five times a week, cut out junk food and spent less time playing computer games.

Jacob said it was "amazing" to have received so many kind messages of support.
"When I first watched the video it had one or two hundred comments. Now, looking back, it makes me so proud and happy. I am lost for words," he added.
His mother Georgina added: "Before all this all he was interested in was PlayStation, Xbox. Now there is no fast food.
"He's had no fizzy drinks, biscuits, chocolate, anything like that in nearly three weeks."
Jacob's grandfather introduced him to Harry and Joe, because he was worried about the bullying.
Harry Freeman, 36, said he struggled with his own weight as a child and was keen to support him.
"Jacob's inspired so many people," Harry said.
"We have been getting video messages daily saying 'I was just like Jacob, Jacob's given me the drive to go for a run this evening'.
"It really is a movement, a national movement that's starting off the back of this now."
