Views gathered on adult learning disability care
Carers and family members of those with learning disabilities have been asked to share their views and experiences of the residential services available.
Manx Mencap, which is running the survey, said the responses would be fed into an external review commissioned by Manx Care to look at the provisions for adults.
The questionnaire asks about the quality of support as well as communication with and the involvement of family members and carers.
Manx Mencap director Frances Tinkler said input from family members and carers would help to provide a "broader picture" of the services.
Residential homes
She said the focus of the review was residential homes, which currently offer provision to about 90 adults, with another 39 on the waiting list for those facilities.
The survey also asks respondents about support available in relation to the social lives, employment and daytime activities of those using the facilities, and the safety of the residential homes.
Ms Tinkler said the group had launched the survey "so we can get as much information across all the services Manx Care are providing to help shape how they are going to develop".
The review is being undertaken by healthcare research specialists Cordis Bright.
Parents and carers have also been invited to to share their experiences with the firm at two sessions at Manx Mencap's headquarters, which is based at Centre 21, on Greenfield Road in Douglas.
Representatives of the company will be gathering views between 15:30 and 16:30 GMT, and again from 18:30 to 19:30, on Monday.
