Individual tax returns due by 31 January
People have until 31 January to submit their individual Guernsey tax returns for 2023.
This will be the first time each person will be responsible for their own tax returns regardless of their marital status.
Anyone living in, working in or receiving income from Guernsey is required to complete a tax return each year.
Guernsey's Revenue Service said the quickest way to receive a tax assessment is by completing their tax return online.
Islanders can still submit a return on a paper form which is available from the revenue service counter on level 3 at Edward T Wheadon House or from any of the parish offices.
People with simple tax affairs who are automatically assessed will only need to complete a tax return if they bought a house, have additional income or are claiming additional allowances.
Information on individual tax returns and frequently asked questions are available on the States website.
There is a drop-in session at Edward T. Wheadon House between 8.45 GMT and 16:00 on Monday to help people with their online tax returns.
