A woman has died in a caravan fire in East Yorkshire.

Humberside Fire and Rescue Service (HFRS) said firefighters were called to the Longbeach Leisure Park in Hornsea at around 13:50 GMT on Monday.

"Sadly, one adult female was found unconscious, and was later confirmed as a fatality by ambulance," a HFRS spokesperson said.

The service added the blaze had been classed as an "accidental ignition".
