Bradford Live is due to open in 2025

A newly-restored music venue is hiring staff after months of delays to its opening.

Bradford Live was taken over by theatre operator Trafalgar Entertainment in February.

It followed NEC Group pulling out of running the former Odeon cinema after months of uncertainty over its future.

With the venue finally due to open this year, five roles at Bradford Live are now being advertised.

They are for a venue administrator, technical manager, facilities manager, sales manager and head of operations.

NEC Group advertised the latter vacancy as well as heads of sales and marketing/PR in early 2024, before their withdrawal from the project was confirmed.

A Trafalgar Entertainment spokesperson said: "Not only will we be bringing you a huge range of shows from the biggest live music events, Bradford Live has extraordinary secondary spaces to host events, activities, conferences, weddings, and parties, complemented by our first-class event planning, dining, and hospitality services."
