A woman has died following a four-vehicle crash in Flintshire.

North Wales Police said officers were called to a collision at 16:26 BST on Thursday on the A548 Mostyn Road near to the junction for Gwespyr.

The woman, a driver of one of the vehicles, died at the scene and her next of kin have been informed.

Police are appealing for witnesses and are asking and anyone who may have dash camera footage to come forward.
