Pedestrian killed in pick-up truck crash named

A pedestrian who died in a crash involving a pick-up truck has been named by police.
Thomas Scaife was struck on the B6412 in Temple Sowerby near Penrith, Cumbria, at about 00:20 GMT on Sunday.
The 32-year-old from the Eden area died at the scene, officers said.
A man and a woman arrested in connection with the incident have been released from custody under investigation, pending further enquiries.
