Man dies after van overturns in Barnstaple crash
A man has died after a crash in Barnstaple, police have said.
Officers were called to the single vehicle collision involving a DFSK Loadhopper van on the B3232 near Roundswell Roundabout at about 12:05 GMT on 30 December.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the the driver, a man in his 50s from Barnstaple, sustained serious injuries after the van overturned.
He was airlifted to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital but died in hospital on 2 January, police said.
Officers are still investigating the circumstances of the crash and have asked for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to get in contact.
