'Nightmare' litter problem as fly-tipping at 'crisis point'
Cardiff residents have described the fly-tipping in their communities as "a nightmare".
It comes as campaign group Keep Wales Tidy says a rise in littering, mainly driven by a "huge increase" in on-the-go food and drinks packaging and budget cuts, has reached "crisis point".
"We've had it all," said Splott resident Malcolm Davies. "Beds, settees, cabinets, everything."
