Appeal after cyclist suffers life-changing injury

Police have appealed for witnesses after a woman suffered life-changing injuries following a crash in Cornwall.
Officers were called to Cotton Hill, Nanstallon, near Bodmin, on Saturday at about 14:45 BST.
A cyclist in her 20s was taken to Derriford Hospital, Plymouth where she remained on Sunday, police said.
Devon and Cornwall Police said it was investigating the incident.
The force asked anyone with information or relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
