Man charged following arson attacks on businesses

A man has been charged after a series of arson attacks on businesses in Oxford.
Adam McVey, 43, of no fixed address, will appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court later to face a charge of arson with intent to endanger life and six further charges of arson.
Thames Valley Police released a statement explaining the charges were "linked to a series of incidents in which several businesses were targeted".
They happened between 03:30 and 04:00 GMT on Thursday in New Inn Hall Street, Queen Street and Cornmarket Street.
Det Sgt Matthew Gorman previously appealed for anyone with information or CCTV recordings to get in touch.
