Boy, 11, hospitalised after being hit by car

An 11-year-old boy was taken to hospital with leg injuries after he was hit by a car in Stratford.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the collision, which took place at about 08:20 GMT on Monday on Alcester Road in the town.
The boy, who was hit by a white Peugeot 208 saloon, was taken to hospital with his injuries but has since been released.
Warwickshire Police said they are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the crash and have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
